We provided a complete office fit-out solution, delivering a full design and build package that encompassed every aspect of the refurbishment. This included Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) design, furniture procurement, and full implementation—all handled in-house. By overseeing the entire process, we ensured the project was delivered on time and within budget.
Our in-house interior designer, Dan Evans, developed detailed CGI design plans and office layouts, which optimised the space for both functionality and style. Key features of the fit-out included a fully refurbished kitchen, Amtico flooring, and slimline track lighting, carefully chosen to enhance the office environment and maximise head height.
As part of our M&E design, we upgraded the air conditioning system, replacing outdated split systems with a more efficient 2-pipe VRV system using a lower GWP refrigerant (R32). This not only improved energy efficiency but also reduced environmental impact. We made the most of existing services, minimising installation costs and disruption to tenants on other floors. Full commissioning reports, including F-Gas details, were provided to comply with necessary regulations.
The lighting was also upgraded to energy-efficient LED technology, with super-slim track lighting installed throughout to create a modern, sleek look while reducing energy consumption.
Our team also supplied and installed furniture packs, ensuring a cohesive and stylish design throughout the office space.
The building surveyor praised the quality of the work, commenting that the finish was “the best he had seen on a commercial fit-out.”
This project highlights our ability to deliver a high-quality, full-service office fit-out that meets both design and functional needs, with a focus on efficiency, sustainability, and value for our clients.
