Bellsons London was entrusted with the comprehensive M&E installations at 35-39 Old Street, London, and the luxury furniture store Ethimo on the ground floor.
Energy efficiency was the driving force behind this project, and our approach went beyond the standard. To reduce energy consumption, we introduced innovative daylight harvesting systems and energy-efficient lighting that adjust the lighting levels based on the natural light available.

In addition to air conditioning, heat recovery systems, and solar PV, we’ve implemented cost-effective solutions such as the Samsung 360 air conditioning units. These units efficiently heat and cool the space, while the HVHRS system, which retains up to 75% of the heat from within, further reduces energy costs.
To complement the converted warehouse’s industrial-style aesthetic, all air conditioning, ductwork, and tray work were custom powder-coated to match the design.

With our in-house expertise, we significantly reduced costs for our client, minimising the need for external M&E consultancy fees and ensuring a financially sound project.
