26 Leonard Street

Our client, a European investment firm, recently acquired a new office space in Shoreditch, seeking to transform it into a modern, functional environment tailored for future tenants.

Our designer and architect, Dan Evans, collaborated with our clients to ensure the design, floor plans, acoustics, and lighting met the space’s specific needs. A key aspect of the refurbishment involved reusing existing furniture and upcycling existing cupboards, aligning with our commitment to sustainability and waste reduction. This approach not only supported eco-friendly practices but also provided a cost-effective solution that complemented the new design, ensuring the project’s financial viability.

The project involved creating two large meeting rooms, three single-person phone booths, two two-person phone booths, and a spacious kitchen with a wrap-around breakfast bar and breakout area, all designed to enhance the space’s functionality and appeal.

Our experienced mechanical and electrical engineers installed energy-efficient LED lighting and performed extensive M&E work to ensure the space met and exceeded the requirements of Document L regulations, providing a secure and compliant environment for future tenants.

This project exemplifies our dedication to creating efficient, stylish, and environmentally responsible office spaces that effectively support the needs and well-being of future tenants.
